I've decided to join a class Monday, not particularly local but it's the only day time one as the rest are evenings! My friend has just told me she thinks it will mostly be the elderly?! Oh well, wish me luck

Go to had a few older ladies in it but depends on what you class as elderly lol but the class I went to was in the evening so it might be different for you as your going in the day time. Good luck hope you enjoy it. X
