So today is my first day back after a longbreak during which ihave gained back most of the 4 stone I lost.
Today is time to look forward though and I do at least know SW works.
Todays food was
Oats skimmed milk and a chopped apple with cinamon (a and b)
Chicken pasta salad with home made salsa small portion of home made carot soup 2 apples and a sugar free jelly - half a syn
Prawn stirfry with noodles 6 syns for the oyster sauce?
2 botles of water 1 no sugar sprite 3 black coffees.
