Very much doubt it - cereals like that are loaded with salt and suger - meaning high in calories!

28g of any jordan's muesli is a healthy extra b, but measure carefully as 28g of muesli is a tiny amount
Which is why you need to have a ryvita with it to make it a HEb

ooooooo that maybe where i was going wrong had alpen with a yoghurt and no ryvita

thank you! Saves wasting it. On a green day I could have 56g of it as my 2 hexb's just to use it up. I hate wasting anything!
