So husband comes home and eats a packet of Walkers lights crisps and a bag of Cadburys buttons, both of which I have a dip into, so to keep this diary completely honest I'd better add the syns, I'm estimating 2 syns for buttons and 1 for crisps adding 3 syns to yesterday's total to

7 syns.

Today's plan is dependant on how my * stomach ache is later, hoping to get some body magic in, day 3 of couch to 5 k would be good.

Wednesdays are a bit of a nightmare tea time as my ds (5) does 2 hours o gymnastics 4-6 straight after school in the next town so picking her up, changing feeding her a sandwich and having to drag my ds (3) with me if OH working, like today makes for a hectic hour or so, I'm trying a different approach today so we'll see how that works. I am on a rest day from work today!!! Yippee.

We also have a builder coming round to give us a quote on an extension we are toying with, exciting!!!
