    Well I used to be on this site all the time couple of years ago and motivated me to get back to healthy weight....so I'm back again 2 stone heavier than last time but just as determined to shift it!!! Going to keep a food diary to keep me on track!

    I'm originally from south side- shawlands, I've moved since last time I was on here and am now in larbert (near Falkirk) got couple friends in Hamilton tho...west craigs I think???

    (B) again no time, need to get up earlier next week!!!

    1/4 tub half fat pate 2.5
    muller light yoghurt 1.5

    (D) 2 homemade spring rolls 1
    Malaysian Chicken:
    rice 5
    chicken 2

    Total 12pt

    Didn't realise how little points I'd eaten today - oops! I'm sure I'll find plenty to use up my points with!!!!!

    Well I was Jaxie but yest wasn't so good (going out for dinner is never easy!!)

    Friday 12th

    (B) None

    (L) 2 ww bread 1
    1/2 fat pate 2.5
    walkers lite 1.5
    yoghurt 1.5

    diet coke cup cake 2

    and then dinner........ (oh dear!!)

    (D) roasted goats cheese and
    tomato chutney

    risotto with cream, pesto and
    parmesan (I know:rolleyes:)

    then lemon tart

    it gets worse..... 2 glasses of wine and a HUGE cocktail to
    wash it all down :argh:

    sooo its a very strict week ahead for me I'm afraid, at least next WI isn't until Friday so I've got time!!

    It's so difficult at the weekend, isn't it?? After my WI where I lost NO weight (Grrrrr!!) I spent the weekend eating what I wanted. So result today is that I feel like crap!! Mea culpa!!! Back on track today. I'm fed up with not losing, I wish even one measly little pound would fall off and then I'd be a happy bunny!!! Well done on getting back to it. We all have to live, just try stick with it the rest of the week xxx

    I know what you mean, weekends are extremely hard! My WI is on a fri which is quite good and means I can get back on track on the monday. I've decided I'm definately going to up the water intake this week, seemed to work last time. Good luck for the rest of the week, you can do it!! :D

    (D) tuna pasta;
    300g cooked pasta 4
    small tin of tuna 1
    1 tablespoon low fat mayo 1
    30g ww cheese 1.5

    fun size milky way 1

    total so far... 14.5

    (oh dear, way under on points today and I'm feeling pretty stuffed!! Don't want to eat too late on either, dilema!!)

    cumin, corriander

    (woo hoo, enought spare for a little mini milky way with tea :) )
