First day EE (yesterday) I had

Breakfast: Banana, apple and a hifi bar

Lunch: rice, sweetcorn, pepper, tuna, sweet chilli sauce and salad cream

Dinner: grilled chicken breast marinated in chicken seasoning and yogurt with sweet potato, asparagus, brocolli and sugarsnap peas. Yogurt on the side (chicken was spicy)

Pud: Yogurt, strawberries and crushed meringue

Snacks: 2 slices of ham, 3 x mini babybel light, fruit

Today: RED day

Brekkie: yogurt, fruit and honey nut shredded wheat (HEB)

Lunch: Salad leaves with cucumber, tomatoes, celery, yellow pepper, egg, ham and dressing

Dinner: steak and SW chips (HEB)

Snack: 3 x mini babybel (HE1), I won't have my other HE1 as I can;t have milk so kinda stuck as to what to have instead (don't want anymore cheese lol)

Pud: same as last night cause it was yummy :D

Looking good hun! with regards to the extra hexa why not have cheesey chips with your steak? or If you like it have a stilton sauce with your steak! loads of different ways to use your hexa hun!

soya milk and latco free milks are also hexs!

also if you are having potato's as your other hexb why not just have it as an EE day? that way you wouldn't have the extra hexa to try and use up! plus you would get more chips!

Brekkie: fruit, yogurt and 2 x alpen light bars

Lunch: roasted veg cous cous and fruit

Dinner: Lamb rogan josh with rice and green beans and butternut squash stirred into the curry.

Pud: not decided yet but I will have 10 syns to play with so might have something naughty :gimi:
