Thought id start a food diary and try my best to keep up with it. Ive always been pretty big never less than a size 14 so id love to get below that. my starting weight is 12st12. Ive just come back from an all inclusive holiday in turkey so im probably at my heaviest. Im bridesmaid at my brothers wedding in september (14th) so id love to shift some weight before then

Wednesday 20th June (EE)

Naughty me didnt have any breakfast as i woke up late and wasnt hungry.

Lunch:
ainsley harriott cup of soup broc n stilton (4.5 syns)
lots of chopped pineapple

dinner:
seafood paella (seafood, haddock, cod, salmon, chicken breasts, onion, garlic, paella rice, fish stock cubes)
huge salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion)
kraft light herb and garlic 2 tbsp (2 syns)

snacks
cups of tea with milk from allowance (375ml skim milk hexa)
42g all bran (hexb) with sweetner and rest of milk

syns: 6.5

doesnt sound like i ate much but i did have a big dinner and didnt want to fill up too much before it, plus i was very busy yesterday food shopping and cleaning and caring for my mum who has had facial surgery.

cheese n cucumber sandwich :- 42g cathedral light (a), cucumber, 2 tsp flora extra light (1 syn), 2 slices brown bread from a 400g loaf (b)

dinner
pasta with a tom sauce (2 fresh tomatoes, 1 pepper, half an onion, half a red onion, garlic, tin chopped toms, balsamic vinegar, sweetner, mixed herbs) (really enjoyed it and made double the amount so thats lunch sorted for tomorrow)
plate of chopped fruit (strawberries, kiwi, apple, satsumas)

cups of tea with rest of milk from hexa
peppermint tea
green tea
N.A.S orange squash

total syns: 5.5 and i wasnt even remotely hungry for more! Makes a change from my binge eating days!

just remembered i also had a small glass of white wine (6 syns) so thats 41 still better than id normally do!

Worked it out and technically im still within my weekly syns im trying to do 12 a day as i find with 15 im more likely to binge.

60/84 thats til wednesday morning when i weigh myself at home.

Realised this evening that ive actually been having too much all bran in the mornings! been having 42g when im meant to be having 35g! woops oh well u live an learn! I joined the slimming world class in my village tonight, and checked the book an realised about the all bran.
