Hi all, I'm currently doing weight watchers and have lost 4lb in 2 weeks which I am pleased as its been my birthday and I've been to New
York for 5 days so 4lb is really good. I'm going to buy Josies Gibson DVD and made a promise to myself that working out is the way to go next. Anyone out there doing Josies DVD and how are u finding it. Xx
