Hi all,

I'm awaiting the arrival of Josie's new workout DVD, just wondering is there anyone out there at the moment doing it, are u having good results etc???
Just booked holiday to benidorm for end of march, so the race is on !!!!! ;-)

i think josie did a fast diet she lost it very quick for my liking... and there all out to make money from them workout dvds.. good luck tho x

Watched the making of one, Maybe kerry katona not sure, but they had food delivered , trainer every day so its not like regular people is it?

Good luck with the DVD, It is the best i have bought yet Josie sticks to the Paelo diet (cave man diet).

I think Josie looks amazing! Not sure I could stick to the diet she's on, but I'd be keen to see her DVD! Totally blown away by how good she looks
