Thought I would start a food diary on here because I've gained the last 2 weeks and I need motivation! Please feel free to comment or let me know of any mistakes! :D

Tue 15th March Extra Easy

Breakfast: 42g All Bran, semi-skimmed milk from allowance, banana

Lunch: Rice and lentil salad with curry powder, peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, coriander, boiled eggs

Dinner: Morrisons smoked mackerel with lemon and herbs 2.5syns (checked this in food directory, bargain for the syns, v tasty!), Jacket potato, lettuce and celery (lots!)

Snacks:
choc mini egg - 3 syns :eek:
muller light banana & custard yogurt
satsuma
soup made from carrot, potato and coriander blended
many cups of tea with milk from allowance :rolleyes:

Total: 5.5 syns HEB: All Bran HEA: 250ml semi skimmed milk

Wed 16th March Extra Easy

Breakfast: Brown roll HEB, bacon, egg fried in fry-lite, 1 tbsp brown sauce 1syn

Lunch: Jacket potato with morrisons BBQ chicken and 28g cheddar 6syns with big salad
muller banana and custard yogurt

Dinner: Pasta ribbons with mixed seafood, onions, peppers, garlic, mushrooms, tin of chopped tomatoes n herbs

Snacks:
choc fudge highlights 2syns
many cups of tea with milk from allowance :rolleyes:

Total: 9 syns HEB: Brown roll HEA: 250ml semi skimmed milk

No fruit today oops! Not a big fruit lover to be honest but must try harder ;)
