jsut been for my weigh in and

    i have lost another 4.5 lb. so forgetting last week ( my big blip week ) i have lost 12 .5 lb in 3 weeks.
    just collected my bars today so something to chew on later ........

    i am pleased although i will admit i thought i would have bigger losses. maybe this is normal for me and if i can maintain 3 or 4 lb a week then thats nothing to sneeze at !!!! and i will be a nice weight for xmas !!

    How nice is that "loose clothes" feeling?? :talk017: I've made sure I got weighed in the same clothes each week....think this week may have been my last in these pants, they're positively falling off :D

    well done Sue, it's a good loss. What other diet would allow you to lose 12lbs in 3 weeks?

    Don't forget you haven't got loads of weight to lose so I reckon if you lose 3-4lbs a week that is excellent :D
