Well I've decided to start this to have a place to check in of an evening to keep me motivated.
I lost 3 stone two years ago with exante when I was trying to conceive and it done the job
Now I have a lot of post baby weight plus more to loose so this is it.... I'm on day 4.
My little angel is 1 now and I've tried to start ex ante a few times but each restart is harder than the last!
Got to do it this time and I will, fed up of not being able to wear nice clothes, skinny Minnetonka here I come xx
