Hi all

I am new to this but loving it so far! Just wanted your thoughts on dd and activity. We work in our wood a lot and can easily be burning about 300-900 cal per hour when there. Should we try to avoid dd on those days? Or do id? Or just carry on as normal? It would be quite tricky to fit in the work we need to do there with dd! Not impossible but just wondered what you thought. also, days when we are not in the wood we would go on bike rides 10-20 miles or so, so finding dd when we are not working out is tricky! Lol. What do others do ?
Thanks

I only exercise on UDs but I'm sure there are people who also exercise on DDs I'm just to lazy too ;-) x

ive just been doing 30 day shred and a small kettlebell routine on my up days but may start gentle exercising on down days too. at the mo im just lazy when it comes to motivating myself so every other day is enough for now! x
