a couple weeks ago i tried this diet for a couple days but didnt stick to it because i felt so unwell. well, ive given it two weeks to feel better and now im intending to give it a proper go. so im back and intending to do it properly!!! ive got the book now too so busy reading that and its certainly very interesting

Hi Harriet I just started this week
wednesday was a dd thursday an ud and today will be a medium day then back to a dd and then sunday is going to be an upday
suppose I will have to do my weigh in on tuesday :):)

when are you going to be weighing in

Welcome back Harriet :D Hope it goes better for you this time. Not easy to do any weight loss plan when you're feeling poorly, you did the right thing and got better first before starting again.

well starting today and thought id weigh in once a fortnight so suppose itll be on a friday/saturday?

on an up day to day and have been working out what im going to do on a down day lol :)..im sure itll come easier as time goes by...

Once you get into the swing of things you'll be fine. Yes it is easier to plan dds out at first, I usually stick to the same sort of things on dds, I'm quite happy doing that but I know some people like lots of variety. There is so much you can have if you look around tho.

Just over a month now and still going strong! Started juddd on 3rd September. Although I actually started dieting on 20th March with slimfast, lost 2 stone on that and then just stopped losing on it, hence why I switched to juddd and so glad I did! I did love slimfast, found the plan quite ok to stick with (although had a couple of wobbles!), but juddd is a lot easier!

Hi Harriet I am really new to this (day three today) one dd one up and today a medium day

everyone is so great they are friendly and knowledgeable - its a great little place to be
