I'm having a nose round quite few older threads and wondered... how many of you are teachers?

I ask as I am an FE lecturer and I haven't really done this on teaching days. I started in February but fell off for a variety of reasons, mainly laziness. That did sort of put me off, but now, 7 weeks in, and about to go back to work I am a little bit nervous.

Will I fall off again?

What do you do to manage during those inevitably busy, stressed days?

Basically, help! I am worrying and losing a bit of self confidence!
 
I'm an FE lecturer I did Slim&save whilst teaching which is much harder than this plan! I also teach regionally part time so I drive around the north west!
 
I'm a secondary teacher but only just started so have an idea about DD but not sure how they will pan out.

I'm planning to do:
Breakfast: a LF yogurt or boiled egg at school before the day properly begins at 8.00am
Lunch: Salad vegetables and a slice or two of lean ham or turkey
Dinner: Soup - preferably homemade and no more than about 150 calories for LOADS!

Lots and lots of water throughout the day with maybe a ryvita/fruit if I get desperate.

Oh and I will be avoiding the staffroom on DDs too as it is always full of biscuits, cake, chocolate and the like.
 
I managed my DDs by being the one who took cakes in :)

I will be relying on a bottle of water, miso soup and fruit during the day.

We'll have to see in couple of weeks!
