Hi thought I would use this for all my posts i.e. weight, food, etc....

Well worst thing over I got on the scales this morning as not weighed myself since about Feb this year and my starting weight for SW is 15 St( + 6 lb since then
:().
Feel like the day has gone well so far :)......

B: Porridge (he b) made with milk, topped with banana
L: Ainsley Harriot roasted veg cous cous(2.5) with roasted onion, butter nut squash and courgette.
Melon and Muller greek style yog(0.5)
D:Chicken in Asda satay sauce(2.5), carrott, mushroom,onion, pepper and sweetcorn. Micro rice(0.5), oil(1)
Snacks: mini iced gems(6) and two baby bel light(he a)
Drinks: 3 x coffee with dash milk(1), 2 x pints sugar free squash
Syns total=14


Note to self I could of easily had half of my lunch today and the other half tomorrow!!!!

Hi Lucy,

Good luck with your journey. I'm just into my 2nd week of SW so am fairly new! Are you going it alone or going to groups?

All good but I feel like I'm eating loads lol so not feeling hungry!!! When doing ww often felt hungry...

Hi Lucy,

I'm going to groups at the min, just about to leave for my 2nd WI. I've been good all week so am hoping for good news :)

Am eating way more that I was pre SW so kinda weird to think I'm losing weight but hey, if I see a loss then who am I to question!!

HEA 3x baby bel light
HEB 1x bread(800g)
Milk for coffee(1 syn)
Breakfast- Toast(heb),butter(1syn), scrambled eggs with tomato and mushrooms. 1 x baby bel(hea)

Lunch-tuna, new pots, lettuce, gherkin, asparagus, spring onion and mayo extra light(0.5)

Dinner- SW syn free quiche, colesaw(0.5) and chips(1)
Jelly with cherries and cream(2)

Snacks-2x baby bel(hea), grapes and iced gems(5)

Ooo how is the quiche? I'm addicted to quiche so happy to have found a sun free one and am making it tomorrow :)

PS I lost 4lbs so very happy!

The quiche is so yummy, I put asparagus, sweetcorn and ham in mine!!!

I thought I would share a bit about myself....
I am 38 and live with my fella, we have been together for 6 yrs and the last 4 1/2 I have been his carer after he became chronically ill(with chronic pain). We share our home with a crazy hound and a lovely cat in a sleepy village in Bedfordshire.
My weight loss journey started in 2009 and has been on and off with WW since that time losing 62 lbs and started SW on Monday to shift the rest of my weight.
Here are a couple of pictures of me at my heavest

I have 2 crazy beagles so I have to ask... what breed of dog do you have? x

Awww Cider is gorgeous!

These are my babies, Bronwyn on the left and Dylan on the right. Bronwyn is only 6 months so is still very much a cheeky puppy! I am a little
obsessed with my beagles!! xx

Oh and I want to lose 3-4 st hopefully. Want to be happy and healthy :)

There lovely Sam, we got Cider at 6 months from a rescue centre hence the name.
Your well on your way to losing your 1st!!!! x

Snack-1 ginger nut - 2.5syns
Lunch- syn free quiche, colesaw - 0.5 syn,beetroot.
Melon and Greek style yog - 0.5
Snack-2 baby bel, grapes and ham
Dinner- Sausage casserole( 2ww sausages - 1 syn, oil - 1 syn, butternut squash, pepper, new potatoes, onion, garlic, carrot, green beans,tinned tomatoes, Tom purée,sage and paprika.

Pudding syn free pancakes, oil - 1 syn. Me and fella were a bit unsure but pleasantly surprised, will do again but with fry light!
Snack - banana, 1 baby bel and 3x malted milk - 6 syns

Good day, had coffee at a friends this morning who is doing SW to and she has lent me all her books!!! :)
Afternoon walked the dog and did a bit of gardening.
