I need to get to my 3 stone weight loss so I thought a food diary might help so here goes for today:

Breakfast:
1 Weetabix with skimmed milk & 4 scan bran made into a chocolate scan bran cake (1 HEX B Choice + 6 syns)

Lunch:
Home made syn free quiche with salad

Tea:
Bubble & Squeak cakes (SW Recipe)
Quorn Sausages
Bean

Snacks:
Apples & Plums
