This is my second week on S/W and i lost 4lb last week!!! Wooo Hoooo.......

Todays Food Diary..

Breakfast: 2 Boiled eggs
Muller light Orange and Choc Sprinkle

Lunch: Tuna
Wholemeal cob (heb)
Beetroot (ss)

Tea: Chicken
Potatoes/herbed/Fry light
Cabbage (s)
Mange Tout (s)
Carrots (s)
Yorkie pud (Aunt Bessie batters) 3 syns
Gravy (Per instructions - 4tbsp) 1 syn

Puds - Spanish Orange Cake - 6 syns
Strawberry Mousse - 1.5 syns
s/s milk - (hea)
 
Well done loosing 4lb keep up the great work x
