    Hiya All

    Well, I started slimming world last nite and hope to get my final 3 stone off after having lost 2 stone. I class myself as a bit of a serial dieter if I'm honest but this is my last chance. I've been reading through my book in depth and the plan seems great. You can eat plenty and there should be no need for me to feel hungry 'she says with fingers crossed' lol. I feel positive about this plan as it seems you can fit it in well with your family and social life. There seems to be plenty to choose from in the 'eating out' section. I can still have a social life yeyyyyy.

    On to today: I had a lay in this morning, so breakfast was at:

    09.45 and I had fruit n fibre with strawbs, raspberries, grapes and blueberries on the top + a banana.

    I'm planning on chicken, salad and a jacket pot followed by a muller lite yogurt for my lunch

    Well end of my first day. I've stuck to the plan and feel good. I havn't felt hungry which is a bonus. Here's to day 2. Slim for summer here I come. Xxx
