Yay and welcome July starters! I remember how I felt being a June starter - excited and scared at the same time! Starting LL and June starters thread were the best things I've ever done :D

I'm still waiting to hear when my first meeting is... so feel like I'm gonna burst!! I know my counsellor meets on Mondays & Tuesdays, so unless it's going to be tomorrow I'll have to wait another week. But getting mentally prepared so not time wasted. I hope everyone's having a good first few weeks? Lots of lovely losses for me to read about?! Not long now...not long now...not long now... :)

I'm on day 7... Finding it really hard! Not the hunger- I can deal with that. It's seeing food everywhere! And not drinking. I haven't cheated once but think about it all the time! I'm trying to take one day at a time as when I think about nit eating or drinking or being able to really socialise properly with my friends and boyfriend for another 11 weeks it seems impossible! Fingers crossed!

How are you getting on?

i weighed myself this morning, and i have lost 7lb since last week. i wasnt following the diet properly, but it has still given me a boot in my weight loss. i am looking forward to next weeks loss. it might not be as much a 7lb, but i will hopefully be in ketosis!

Good luck tonight natasha (not that you will need it)

I'm a shakes and peanut bar girl. It's too hot for the savoury. I'm happy having mousse and 2 shakes and a bar a day. Can not stomach the porridge anymore!!

I have porridge every day for breakfast - the peanut bar is my favourite (I could live on those alone!) I mix vanilla with coffee to make my late afternoon 'latte' and in the evening I have a hot chocolate.

When I'm at work I have a soup for lunch - I eat it out of a bowl so I can join my colleagues for lunch - I'm trying to stick to regular meal times and appear 'normal' to others at work - it saves on the negative comments!!
