Jumping ship to Calorie Counting!!

Hi everyone, :)

I like to join you all! I'm starting calorie counting (again) as of today. Successfully started the dukan diet towards the end of last year but after a longish break from it i am finding it too hard to start again. So... back to old faithful calorie counting it is.

I want to loose at least 52lbs, but in no specific time. My first main goal is to lose at least 20lb in time for the Brighton race for life on the 30th June!

Everyone on here is doing so well, i am so exited to start losing!!!!

Welcome ^.^ It's really nice becuase it trains you on what you can eat loads of without worrying, which I like.
I'm sure you'll reach your goal too (also hoping to have lost a fair amount by the 19th June because it's my birthday.)
