I go to the gym most nights so will be interesting to see how far I cover on my workouts/swims!
I have a workout from last night I haven't yet downloaded so will add that tomorrow after tonights session :)

Just updating as got last nights workout downloaded although my treadmill stats are missing :(

i write mine down in my notes on my Ipod (although it records it as well) but that way there isnt a chance of it getting lost...

good luck ladies, im very much looking forward to smashing my total this month... im so focused on my exercsise goal, that i hope that my food and weight goals come hand in hand with them!!!

I think I'm going to have to note it down as last night the treadmill came up saying it didn't support the ipod touch so unless I can get on the same treadmill which did save it I'm going to forget!!
Was going to swim lots last night but I didn't get out til late so went in the gym and then did about 10 lengths I prob would have done more had I gone in the outdoor pool but I thought going outside at 9.45 might be a bit cold but the indoor pool was too warm after a couple of lengths so I just went and sat in the sauna! :D

hopefully trying to get this target by the end of the month will keep me motivated to get to the gym most nights

I'm so determined this time to get the weight off and keep it off and not be back here in 18/24 months trying to lose it again! :eek:

I'm going to have stay out of the June one :(

We have our house guest from Chernobyl this month, so whilst I'm trying to keep up with the exercise, I know I'll not be able to go off on meandering walks whilst he's here! I've already raided the goodies I bought him - and that was before he'd even arrived!! But I felt terrible when he arrived only with the clothes he was wearing, a spare pair of undies and some chocolates and vodka for us, so I've not touched the chocolate biscuits since! I hope that resolve lasts until the 4 July when he goes home!

I found out that not all the machines at the gym support the ipod nike+ thing so I make sure that I try and go on one that does! Although the bikes don't seem to record it properly, I did a 10k ride this morning and it only registered 3k so am now keeping notes especially as I go on the rowing machine too which doesn't record things!

So to update

I've been in London all weekend and we've walked every where so I've no idea how far I've covered though but I've had a weekend off xenical so I'm hoping the walking has balanced out for what I've eaten and drunk! Although that hasn't been horrendous!

when i first started reading this it seemed to be a hell of a lot to do but when thinking about it i go to the gym 5 x a week thats 5m a day split between the different types of cardio.... i might actually do this in july if it happens again, keep up the good work people

Claire : 100 miles (160km) - 62.97 miles (101.25km) done

Back to the gym tonight after a weekend off!

forgot about updating this one... i couldn't get mine accurately as the gadget bodged up but i have just over 25 miles left to go... not much left of june... gulp!

Well done Kes! I think you're going to get there 1st! I managed to do 50 lengths of the pool last night which was just over 1k and hopefully will do a mile in the pool tonight too! I should have gone Monday & Tuesday but was so shattered after my weekend away I didn't go :break_diet:
I can only swim tonight as I have friends coming with me and tomorrow I will only have time for a swim too hopefully though I may escape to the gym early on Saturday morning to get a workout in!!
I've just bought myself an mp3 player I can wear while swimming too so I'm hoping that will encourage me to do more lengths too!!!
