Do any of you delightful calorie counters fancy a June weight loss challenge?
If so just add your name, amount of weight you would like to lose and amend it through out the month as you get closer to your goal.

Ooh yeah I'm up for that. I have been prescribed orlistat by the docs today as I have 9 stone to lost which will help me to keep going.

June goal - 14lbs

Woo hoo, bring on June!!! not wishing my life away or anything lol:)

I'm up for it but the rate I'm going I won't get 14lb off in a month?! I'll be lucky if I got 4lb :(

I'm not as ambitious as you lot (have an underactive thyroid that takes the pi** sometimes! LOL!) so I'll aim for 8lbs please? I'm 11st 10lbs so I'll aim for 11st 2lbs. I'd be very happy with that?

I need a major push to stick to this at the moment....I'll put myself down for 14lbs...my final target weight by the end of the month....!!:eek:

I think I can make it..... as long as I do plenty of exercise too....

After the complete failure of my may challenge..:wave_cry:

i will put myself down for 6lb....thats 1.5lb per week...hopefully that will be achieveable:cry:

i am new to this calorie countin stuff...:)

I'll aim for 7lbs, I doubt i'll make that as I am loosing slowly, but i'll try my best

My first WI for June was June 2nd, -3lb. So I will take that as my starting weight for June. Meeting my June target would take me to having lost just over 10% of my total body weight, my next "major" minigoal.

So the challenge so far is:

i completely fell off the wagon this week:break_diet:

put 2lb on :wave_cry:...hopefully that will fall off this week with being extra good :(

sorry everyone...i feel like i have let everyone down...including myself :cry:

never mind totty. you haven't let anybody down, not us or you. it's just a tiny little number. 2lbs will drop straight off if you are good. just go at it with a renewed vigour. all those little numbers do is remind us that our behaviour has consquences and when we get the reminder we get back on the proverbial horse, hippopotamus, camel, preferred method of transport and just keep going!!

woo hoo!!! have lost 6lb!!!
Thats over the last 12 days though, I forgot to come in and update last week.
Am really chuffed, that little bit of exercise makes such a difference
