So another month is upon us, how do you think you'll do?

Again I have a couple of meal weekends planned, plus a bike rally in the middle when I will be drinking, so I'm going for another 10lbs this month.

For me this month i want to go for another 18lbs, im really going to up my exercise routine. I have a festival on the weekend of the 9th july and would really like to get another load of weight off for that, which im expecting to put some back on at. so 18lbs again for me this month

It's a toughy for me - would really like another 14lbs, but know I have a major event in a couple of weeks and still am in a dilemma what to do about it. Thinking of canceling just to stay 100% but really really want to go and celebrate. I'm worried that I may have a major lapse if I have a weekend off though and want to get as much off for my hols in July.

Right I'll stop waffling and yep I think I will definitely go for the 14lbs.

Have you done an add-a-meal week yet? If not why not time it to coincide with your event and rather than seeing it as a "weekend off" try to make it a "weekend with sensible choice extras".

As my weight loss seems to have slowed a bit atm, I'm going for a conservative weight loss of 8lbs - hopefully I'll do better.

Thanks for the advice Yambabe. I think I might do that. I think it's dangerous for me to come off all together, but if I think of it as part of what I'm doing I hope I will make better choices.

I have 2 long weekends away this month - both are going to be an exercise in damage limitation more than anything else and even that is pushing it! So if I can reach the end of this month 7lbs lighter I'll be a) amazed, and b) bloody delighted!

wednesday is my weigh in day myr and its june I am getting in early away on holiday from the 24th ;) the good news its a backpacking holiday and I will be walking 120 miles:rolleyes: so should keep the weight off:confused:

My goal this month is 7lbs but will settle for not being any heavier that I am now! 1 week to my AI holiday - just read a review of our hotel that said there was 380 stairs each way from their room to the restaurant! Hope this will make up for the occaisional dessert then!
