Glad to have you with us, how much do you want to loose.

I have 7lbs left to get to my target :)
I will be happy with 1lbs a week, but if I lose more then that's a bonus :cool:

Please can I play too??

I started solo slim today so going to aim for 1 stone by the end of June. I go on holiday July 27th and want to lose at least 1 stone 7lbs. Hopefully this will keep me motivated.

How much exercise have you been doing? Daily ?

I only started the plan on 23rd May, I didnt do exercise for a few days but then 3 days before weigh in i did an hour a day. Now im trying to do at least 30 mins a day. xx
