so sorry i have not been on lately, i have been doing alot of thinking!

I have decided a vlcd is not for me...so i have bought alli and will be following a low fat plan, i know it will take me a lot longer to get to goal, but i have been fat soo many years, whats one more to wait by doing it slowly
