HI GUYS. I am on my second week of refeed before my hols next week and i hate it.....i want to be back on LT.

i never ever thought i would say that. but really, my first week i gained 5lb:cry:

the 4 weeks i have already done taught me alot, but i haven't learn to control. And i feel so so guilty everytime i eat.

anyway i am off to Turkey on sunday, and i am so excited i cant contain myself. i booked my weigh in for the first weds on my return!!! Then jumping straight back on it.

and i cant wait

Hi Kerry,
You know you want to come back on it and you seem determined to do so, so you will succeed. While you are away try to eat sensibly, keep to low carbs and get exercise when possible. It will stand to you when you return. Enjoy the holiday, see you on here when you get back.

Kerry, sorry about your gain this week. Can I ask if you stuck to the refeeding to the letter or did you eat what you shouldn't? This worries me a bit cos I start to refeed in 2 weeks and don't really want to gain during that time either.

Anyway, have a great time in Turkey, I'm off to Rhodes in 5 weeks and also can't wait. Enjoy!!

Sorry to hear hunny, I too wasn't that happy on refeed myself. But I don't see how you could have gained that much weight back on refeed. Usually people lose weight on the first week of refeed or stay the same. I gained 1lb on the second week of refeed, then it went out of control the following week, that's why I'm back on LT.

I feel much safer on LT then eating to be honest. But eventually we have to eat again.

Anyways, enjoy your holiday.

OMG Yas- I didn't realise you were back on LT! Do you mind me asking what happened? Or have you already posted elsewhere & I missed it?
I'm scared to death about RF, so any tips would be welcome? I'm sure others would welcome any advice too if you're up to it?
