Have to say I eat alot of them too!
There is only me and hubby atm and after the weekend it will be just me! They are so easy and filling!!

did you stick to green all week?
im on day 2 and sticking to green for the first week and trying to guess what i might lose.

Hi love, well done on your 3.5lbs, i eat a fair bit of pasta n sauce too and my losses are ok, i think though if you hit plateau and have tried other methods then my consultant normally says go back to basics for a week or so, i.e everything fresh and no things like pasta n sauce, just to boost the weight loss xx
