woohoo!just been to first weigh in and have lost 3.5lbs:preally pleased bout that but was wondering do any of you think you can eat too many pasta n sauces bcoz i practically live on them coz i work really funny hours!Wot with work ,2 rugrats and a hubby as well ,there just isn't enough hours in the day!!! x

Have to say I eat alot of them too!
There is only me and hubby atm and after the weekend it will be just me! They are so easy and filling!!

im on day 2 and sticking to green for the first week and trying to guess what i might lose.

Hi love, well done on your 3.5lbs, i eat a fair bit of pasta n sauce too and my losses are ok, i think though if you hit plateau and have tried other methods then my consultant normally says go back to basics for a week or so, i.e everything fresh and no things like pasta n sauce, just to boost the weight loss xx
