i've never used lipotrim before or ever used a forum so apologies in advance if i'm a bit slow
I have just been and collected my 1st weeks supply of lipotrim ready to start in the morning, i've tried and failed before with ww & sw but really struggle, hence joining this for a bit of moral support from other fellow struggling dieters.
i got weighed today and i'm 15st11 tbh i was pleasantly surprised as i was 17st4 but it's took forever to get that bit off n it's always 2 off n 1 back on so fingers crossed this is the diet for me!
