Well I'm off to the airport hotel in about an hour but just had to come on here first

I got weighed this morning and have lost 2 and a half lbs on refeed week :bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss: I am over the moon

Also wanted to wish everyone fantastic weight losses for the next few weeks and looking forward to seeing you all when I get back :hug99:
