Just how bad are the side effects?

I'm tempted to try Alli, but am worried by the side effects.

Just how bad are they? My job means that I can't go to the loo every 5 mins, so need to be practical.

Side effects are ok if you eat within the rules. If you slip up then you will notice the effect. I wear panty liners if I know I wont be able to get to the loo and if I can't control what I've eaten eg if I'm at a conference etc. It's worth trying. Post on the other boards we normally stick to the general threads and the diaries rather than alli and orlistat

I havent had any bad side effects but I've stuck to the rules 100% so far as I've got something I really want to wear at Christmas & to do that I need to lose the 10kg ive set as my challenge.... My first few days I wore a pantyliner but haven't since....
