Just joined does this food diary sound ok??

Hi I just started slimming world two days ago, here is today's food diary, does it sound ok? Am following ee

Breakfast - banana
Lunch - jacket potato with baked beans, lettuce and tomato
Hexb- 2 slices ww bread, 2tbs flora light 2.0syns
Tea - pasta n sauce,skimmed milk (hex a )strawberries,grapes and shape 0%yog
Curly wurly 6.0 sins

Personally doesn't seem like a lot of food at all - i'd still be hungry but well done for first couple of days. Are you weighing at home or going to group?

Looks more like a Green day to me, so you could still have another HEX A & B

If it were a EE day, you'd have had some meat or fish and need to eat far more VEG with each meal (you have to have shed loads on EE)

Hi thanks for that, I thought I was eating loads too :eek:, I weigh in on a Monday x

Haven't really got my head round the plan yet, I love pasta potatoes,fish,veg and bread so liked the sound of ee as can eat it all

Morning all today's diary is as follows,

B 1 alpen light bar (hex b)

L 2 ww sausages,dry fried egg,3 slices back bacon,mushrooms and tomato, banana and shape yog

T gammon steak,jacket pot,veg, some grapes

S other alpen light bar

How does this sound??? I have a problem with my hex a options as am not allowed to eat cheese as I have gallstones and cheese flares it up :cry: so only thing I can reallynhave is the skimmed milk

So guys what do you think of my food diary for today? Am I still not eating enough ? Really need some help please xx

I struggle with my hex a as currently have gall stones so can't eat cheese, so the only thing I am having is the skimmed milk :confused:, what else besides cheese or milk can I have ???

Help great fully appreciated xxxx

Hi Lesley, hope you're ok!!

I'm fairly new to all this and still getting my head round it all so would definately not class me as an expert, however I don't know if you have had enough syns. Chun-ky on here told me the following re syns and it really seems to be helping me:

"it's totaly up to you how many you have, between 5-15. I always have the full 15. They say ''around 10'' in the magazine. 5 syns is basically 100 calories, so the full 15 syns is 300."

Lunch 28g rice kris pies (5.5) and skimmed milk (hex a)

Tea we are going to weather spoons so was gonna have gammon steak,egg,pineapple,jacket pot and a side salad,

S will Prob be a curly wurly or a packet of French fries x

How is that today ? Still dont think I am eating enough xx

Hi ya, plan looks good to me, but I am wondering whether you need some more superfree foods. You should be filling a third of your plate with Superfree foods at each meal but not sure your lunch would do the job and from what I can see you haven't snacked on any superfree foods to make this up.

I still can't believe how much you can eat on EE.......

I seem to be struggling with the super free foods, along with my gammon steak I had a side salad does that count?? I did have the dressing too but dont think it's too high in syn.

I feel like I'm eating loads but obviously not lol :):sigh:

If i was to have cherry tomato for a snack would that help, also could have grapes and a shape yog x??

ALL LOOKS GREAT!
Use the skimmed milk to make a rice pudding (rice, sweetner, some of your milk allowance, water & simmer in pan - yummy) or have it in brews or on your cereal
Its important to have the HEX

Looks fine but cereal for lunch is not ideal.
You need to be eating the Superfree & free foods - could have had omlette, jkt pot & beans, homemade soup

do you like cooking cause there are lots of recipes on here for ideas.
Might help to plan in advance what meals going to have and post them on here!
