Total Solution Just ordered my mixed bumper pack!!!!

Hi everyone!

So all being well, I'll be starting on Weds. I work in schools, so on half term this week. Having a couple of days at my sister's house then hopefully if I start on Weds I'll be over the worst of the side effects by the time I'm back on Monday!

I do have a fairly energetic job..... how do people find exante/not many calories + being on the go?!

will be posting lots I'm sure! I've done Cambridge before, lost 2 stone and kept it off, only managed to lose about another 5lbs cumulatively with SW and the like so I think VLCDs are the way forward for me to get the rest of this weight off!!!
