Just over 7 stone to loose - help

    Hello everyone,

    Just thought i would come and introduce myself. My name is Rhiannon (Rhi for short) and i have 7 stone to loose. I have been yo yo dieting for about 14 years now and only seem to get bigger and bigger :-( I have almost non existent willpower so i am hoping you lovely people will help me stay on track so i can loose the weight.

    i am bridesmaid at my friends wedding next june in the states and i would love to be slimmer for it rather than the current fat blob that i feel.

    please help me

    You need to bring your head into the right place before you can be successful with any healthy eating plan, stop being so hard on yourself for a start! You're not a big fat blob you are a woman who can do anything she wants to, anything at all and the sky is the limit!
    Decide that nothing is going to get in your way and stick to your guns. Yes there will be times when your resolve is tested and times when you want to give up but you will not give in. A little faith in yourself will go a long way hunny x

    welcome mate. You have made the decision to begin your journey. I would suggest you walks the walk 1 day at a time, at a slow and steady planned pace as in avoiding the wrong foods. And also shake that bod as best u can gently increasing as u goes. And try and head off your trigger for not needed eating. Lastly this site will give you lots of support and tips and stories from people who like you started and succeeded. Best wishes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Its your want, so want it bad enough to achieve it

    Thanks Sugar for your kind words. They make a lot of sense. Maybe i need to change the way i think about myself so i can achieve my dream. I'm glad i've joined this site as i think it will be invaluable to me. x
