    have been keeping an eye on you all :)

    I started back on CD officially on Monday, so on day four and feeling better than I have for a while. Its the ease of not having to think about food or plan......only because I just can't focus on myself at the moment.

    I am hoping to stay on CD for the next month so that I can lose my last stone - then switch back to Atkins to lose an ickle bit more (if I can) and then maintain. I know I can maintain on Atkins coz that's what I did when I came off CD.

    Anyways, glad to see the Atkiners are doing well :wavey:
