Just saying hello, a little update from me!

    Hello everyone! Just a little message from little old me, bored at work so thought I would say hi as I havent been around much - had a bit of a funny weekend!

    Now on day........let me count.............13 of CD and I think I have lost about 12lbs, which is great I am pleased, I think that I stopped losing for a couple of days due to water retention, it was really disheartening, considering my Wii fit told me I had lost 1lb in 5/6 days!

    I have had a really funny thing with my taste buds for the past few days, havent wanted my shakes or soups and havent got excited about my next "meal" as I usually do, really weird havent had much of an appetite and have felt a bit sick and really emotional yesterday! Have just finished TOM so not poss that im preggers - just think I am being a miserable cow! Have been so snappy and moody to my lovely o/h - bless him, he seems to be doing everything he can to wind me up even though I know he is not - well sometimes he is!

    I feel much better today, considering what a crap weekend we had with being woken up 7am Sat morning by the Co-op under neath us playing music! I couldnt believe it, put us on a right downer for the day, you know what tiredness does to you! We are really fed up of where we live so we are gonna move, have found 3 maybe 4 properties to look at on Thurs evening, so excited!

    Weighed myself this morning was 12,4 - so hopefully will have lost 6lbs by Wed evening to make it a stone in 2 weeks! Amazed that I got into a size 14 skirt this morning that wouldnt even go up over my hips a week ago! Mind you its a bit tight, but the zip done up so thats all that matters!

    Have been reading all your messages, must remember to leave a thanks to those which I think are really good posts and reputation to those doing so well, we all are but some are outstanding!!

    Reminds me that I must do some eBaying too - have seen that some of you have been having a go at selling some items, if anyone wants any tips send me a message because I made about 300 selling loads a couple of months back, so I do like to think I have the knack!

    Have decided my taste buds do not like the soups anymore, am kinda tempted to get 21 choc shakes for next week as I love them - but then remembered that I can have bars next week!

    Anyway sorry for rambling, just thought I'd say hi, have a good week everyone!!!

    1st of all Hi and well done on getting to day 13. 2nd of all Lol @ it taking you 13days to realise the soups are just not nice. Thirdly, I think you should try the bars next week....ever sonce week 3 I have had 7bars and 21 choc/choc mint shakes and it makes the diet a little bit bearable!
    Yay for size 14 skirt too!!

    Hey!

    Well I have done it twice before, and always loved OC soup, I would make it into crisps and loved them but this time my mouth is like nooooo! I had a chicken and mushroom soup last night with black pepper which wasnt too bad to be honest, just think i prefer the shakes now. Cant wait for a bar!

    Have to grin and bear it till Wed though, have 6 soups left and only 2 shakes and 2 porridge which i dont mind, i rang my CDC yesterday and she was out and her daughter answered who was very unhelpful, didnt understand about calling her Mum and asking if she could swap them for me, i ended up saying forget it - and got a bit tearful when i put the phone down - i dont know WHAT is wrong with me!! lol! silly cow.

    I must update my signature with something more interesting!

    Hiya hun,

    Nice to see ya back and well done on the 12lbs in 13 days thats amazing, so good for you. After your advice the last time I decided to take the bull by the horns and start doing something about this weight before it starts to rule my life so I have been on this diet now for 5 days, not a lot of time but for once my head is in the right place. So I would just like to thank you for your advice, it give me the kick in the right direction that I was looking for.

    Wow Im so glad I could help! Good for you, Im so pleased you are back in that "happy" place with the diet and you are focussed, dont let those idiots get you down at work - i remember when i first ever did it everyone bad mouthed it but i just kept repeating in my head "they dont know ANYTHING about the diet they dont know ANYTHING about the diet - just what they THINK THEY know!" and it soon became apparent that the diet was working and one lady even asked for the number!

    Yep will do hun, I get weighed on Thursday morning so I am hoping for a good one. Are you doing any exercise yet?

    Not yet no, to be honest I have been lazy but nothing stopping me going for a nice brisk walk in the evenings! Maybe will start that next week to burn off the extra cals from the bars.
