hello all ,im new aswell ....need some bloody help to feel better lol ,i did the diet last year and lost 3 stone!! put 11 pound back on since then thats because i ate like a pig lol im 12.4 now and wanna get to 10.7 im on day 2 and finding it hard to get back in to helppppppppppppppppppppppp

I am new on this website too, just signed up today.

I joined a SW group the other week and had my 2nd weigh in this afternoon and have managed to lose a total of 3 lb.

I was told about this website in my group so I am hoping that we can help each other to keep going as would really appreciate the help myself.
