    Hi All :)

    New to forum.

    I'm a mum of one boy and have lost quite a bit of weight over the last year.

    Basically hoping to get some ideas, hints and tips for improving diet generally.

    Hi,

    ive been here before, i lost 20kg on Lipotrim a couple of years ago, but its all back on.
    So now i've got a personal nutritionist to guide and coach me.
    I lost 3kg the first week and 1.3 the second week, so thats encouraging, but its tough.
    Anyway, its always useful to have someone to share joys and frustrations with.

    Hi,

    Welcome. Hope things are still under control. I had a weigh in today and its + 2ib. Really not impressed. Gotta be stricter and start some dam excercise.
