just signed up help

ive just signed up online and havnt got through everything yet, one question tho can you substitute some of the meals in the set plan as long as they have the same calories and fit in with the 5% rule. Only because i shift work and use ww meals at work. Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to RC.

Yes you can swap your meals as long as they are within 5% fat and you keep within your calories. Obviously meat, oily fish & oats are above 5% but can be included.
