JUST STARTED LAST WEEK!

Hi everyone,

I joined weight watchers last monday (26th march) and in my first week I lost 5.5lbs which im really pleased with!!

I'm trying to excercise more but am used to sitting on my bum eating biccies so its difficult!! lol

But am determined.... I'm taking it one day at a time because i find it quite daunting looking at the full journey ahead of me!

Welcome, that is a good first wk loss! I'm on day 5 of wk 13 and have so far managed to stick at it 100%! Good luck and I hope u get on well with the plan as I have!
The best plan u can have is to go one day at a time!
 
Welcome and good luck!! You're doing it the right way, in little mini targets. I sometimes think I can't stick to this for ages I love my grub too much! But once you start to see results, it makes you more motivated! 5.5lbs is amazing :) x

I've been walking to and fro school and just filling up every meal with piles of veg!
