Hi all I have just started this diet and am looking for support as it is so hard I need help to keep going. I've been reading stuff on the internet about this diet and came across this site. Some really positive feedback and amazing weight loss from some people. Thought I would keep a diary of what I am doing also to keep me focused on the goal and maybe help other keep going also. Started 14.1.13 15 stone BMI 38 week 1 21.1.13 14 st 4ib -10lb week 2 week 3 I am finding it difficult because I feel hunger pangs. The pharmacist said I should not feel hungry but I do, wonder if they have tried it. Its only my will power at this stage that is keeping me from raiding the freezer where I have put all my food left over before I started. My mouth also tastes like an ashtray and my sense of smell has heightened, I can smell my neighbor's cooking most days which is really annoying. Anyway should get used to it hopefully. One thing I am concerned about is that does your skin go saggy because of the rapid weight loss? Does anyone know? Off to drink some water now, one day at a time.
