    Hi
    I got a slimming world ebook and started.
    Today ive had
    a punnet of raspberrys
    a banana and marmite and weightwatchers bread
    then for dinner i had a vegetable stir fry
    does it matter how many syns you have?
    like a certain amount to start off with?

    Hi, good luck. I have done SW a couple of times and it's a great plan. Just started again last week and this website is so helpful for tips, ideas and support.
