just starting my 3rd week

Hi all
I am just starting my 3rd week now and thought i would write about my personal experience ...........................................
I started on lighter life 14 days ago and found the first week very very hard work all i thought about was food all the time stupid i know but thats the way it was.
I went to my first meeting after 3 days of abstinence and had lost 4.9 lbs wow how good is that!
I managed to survive my sons housewarming party and a family meal out over the weekend and went to work on the monday of my second week feeling really good and this feeling stayed with me all week.
at my second week weigh in i had lost 5.4lbs brilliant! still feeling good
I must admit for the most part i dont feel hungry except i have a major struggle between the hours of 4pm and 8pm and i find weekends a bit of a struggle
Overall i am not hungry and will get there its just that for me personally i am still finding it rewarding but an uphill struggle
i will keep you all posted as the weeks go by
Just watch out this summer as i have my eyes on a lovely small bikini and i will fit into it.............

i am due to start LL friday morning and am going to my first meeting tomorro night ~;) i am really exited to get going and although im anxious of the feelings of hunger etc i just really cant wait- im new to this site and well just to let you know your diaries are really inspirational, keep up the good work :)
