Just starting out..Food Diary

Hi Guys,

After what's been way too long with my head in the sand, I've realised that I just can't get back onto CD at the moment, not matter how good my intentions were.
The guilt associated with not being on a plan sent me further into denial, and I feel that I've let so many people down by not being able to continue...everyone who supported me to lose the weight. :cry:

So....dusted myself down, and determined that a fresh start is in order.
Thank you Starlight for encouraging me to post a food diary.

I've signed up to WW monthly pass, so I can go to classes and use the online tools.

I've been following the plan, but leaving my food diary until the evening, so am going to try and record it as I go along, and also keep a record here.

1st target - 7lbs...have decided small targets is the way forward for me at the moment :)

A neighbour gave me a recipe for 0.5pt veg soup, which is lovely and very filling, just need to try and find some new recipes and dust off my apron!!

Ok, so it's taken me 3 months from writing my post to managing a full Day 1!!!
I guess I shouldn't think like that and just look forward now :)

So yesterday I had

Breakfast
Toast with Olivio

Lunch
Ham Salad

Dinner
Beef and ginger stir fry with noodles

Plus
1 Pkt Frazzles
2 Bacardi & Pepsi Max
1 can Fanta

Looking at it - it doesn't look too healthy - but was 27.5 points so just under my daily amount (29)

I also clocked up a point jogging on my wiifit :D

My DH is away today, so I'm gonna have to use something that's been sparse lately (will power!!!) to stay on track :D

i think im getting the hang of this thing now, yeah yeah go me.
feeling really depressed that i had overate this week (not to mention the fact that i had gained an extra pound....like whats all that about lol) i tallyed up my points allowance for this week and what extra i had gained from exercise and im actually under by 13.5pts.....i dont feel like ive lost anything thou.....do u usually feel that uve lost weight when u have or does it come as a shock at the weigh in....all i can think about is i dont wanna go to the weigh in incase i have put on more weight....staying the same will be fine but dear god dont let me put on anything more
