I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago, purposely knowing that i would start TFR again (started again monday) a few weeks after as last time i did Lipotrim i ended up smoking loads as a subsitute to eating and felt so unhealthy, even though i was losing weight.

I want no excuses to put weight back on after i have done this to goal either (and i am determined to do it) .. want to be a fat free and smoke free lady come summer :)
