depending how much u weigh etc it varies...

i lost 13lbs in 7 days... so over a stone in 10
 
id say same as lauren but the first 6lb or so will be fluids rather than fat. If u r on a tight schedule to make a change to your figure then a fitness plan would give u best results, maybe try 30 day shred DVD as that is tough with good results and if u r dieting as well then im sure u will see a difference in your figure and ul feel less bloated so ul feel better too :) HTH
