Just that Id say Hi =]


Ive just joined the forum. Last year I put on 3 stone, managed to loose two but have put one back on from being lazy so am trying to get back down to my target weight =]

Id love to talk to other people trying to loose weight as most of my friends as annoyingly slim.

Currently following a healthy eating plan, doing 50-60 mins workout out a day, 600 - 800 jump ropes and buying an exercise bike next week so dont have to traspe to the gym..

So just thought Id say hi =]
