    ...can we stay in abstinence till we reach our goal weight or do we have to introduce food once our BMI reaches 25?

    That's fantastic! I was worried I'd have to loose that last stone loosing 1lb a week - yippee! x

    there is something in the newsletter thats coming out soon and it talks about the BMI level and RTM its slightly changing, see below

    We have also been advised to change the lower BMI LIMIT FROM 20 TO 22 and you will be required to go into route to management earlier

    Jan - July '11 on LLT (Lost 72lbs). Sept '12 on S&S (For Refocus!).
    I wouldn't worry Kirstie... By the looks of that exert from the newsletter, they're only changing the bottom BMI figure, so once you hit 22, they will recommend you go to RTM...

    What was the BMI you were aiming to get to then? Was it lower than 22? I was aiming for 23, so will be fine... :D
