    just wanted to say good look to the thursday wi crew hahaha i been gd all week apart from my friday drink been gym 3 times and zumba so hopefully more than half a pound this week lol x x x x:D

    Hey Thursday weigh in crew hehe Well done to those who had a loss, and good luck to those still waiting to be weighed. I lost 1.5lb as well this week. It's coming off slowly but consistantly. I want to go Zumba!!!!

    hey girls :) zumba is amazing so much fun i was sweating but i felt really gd at the same time never felt like a work out but the gym and zumba must have helped :D well its thursday i know its bad but i pretty much eat and drink what i like on thursdays and start fresh 2moz and it seems to be working for me cause im gd all week as i know thursday is my treat day :D x x x
