Hi all I've not been around for a few days as I have not been following the diet. The reason being is that I got a call from our solicitor to exchange contracts on our house in Leicester that we've sold and we've got until friday to get out. So I've had to leave lovely little Cornwall and come and Pack the house
I will be back in Cornwall on friday though and be back with you
